Where are my tickets?
Check your email (and your spam folder — divas get filtered too) for your confirmation from ThunderTix. Didn't get it? Resend your tickets here and they'll be back in your inbox in seconds.
Do I need to print them?
Nope. Just show the e-ticket on your phone at the door. Less paper, more glamour.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open one hour before showtime — come early, grab a cocktail, and settle in. Latecomers may be seated at a break to avoid stealing anyone's spotlight.
How old do I have to be?
All PRISM shows are 18+. Bring a valid photo ID — no exceptions, no excuses.
What's your refund policy?
All sales are final. Need a different night? We're happy to exchange your tickets for $3.00 per ticket, or give you credit toward a future visit. Just reach out before your show.
